- All orders placed from Monday-Friday are packed and shipped within 24hrs of us receiving a processed payment.
- All orders placed after 2pm Melbourne time will be dropped off at the post office the next business day
- No packages will be shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Public holidays

Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, Satin Lash Supplies is not liable for misplaced, lost or stolen parcels. In the unlikely event your parcel gets lost or goes missing you will need to lodge a enquiry with Australia Post.

Satin lash supplies only offers refunds or exchanges due to faulty products - NO CHANGE OF MIND OR INCORRECT PURCHASE.
